RETURNS

RETURNS & REFUNDS

A clear way to resolve issues with your order.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact support@cohyx.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide an authorized return address and instructions. Do not send merchandise to an address unless our support team has authorized it. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise. We do not promise prepaid return labels.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (including the wrong size or color), contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, and no later than 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue, the item label, packaging, and shipping label where applicable. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when confirmed. A physical return is usually unnecessary for qualifying supplier errors; we will tell you if one is required.

Fit and size

If the correct size was delivered but the fit is not right, the item may still qualify for our 30-day unworn return process above. A supplier-funded replacement is not guaranteed for fit preference. Please review product sizing information before ordering.

Missing or delayed orders

If tracking says delivered but your package is missing, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We may request a carrier non-delivery confirmation. If an order is significantly delayed or lost, we will investigate and offer a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Resolution timelines can vary depending on the carrier and destination. Your applicable consumer rights remain protected.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We can generally cancel and refund an order before fulfillment processing or shipment begins. Once processing or shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible. Custom, made-to-order, or preorder items may have additional restrictions disclosed at purchase.

Exceptions

Gift cards and personalized or custom-made products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless required by law. Sale items are eligible for the same returns as regular-priced items unless a lawful, clearly disclosed exception applies. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we will notify you and refund the eligible amount to your original payment method. Refunds are generally initiated promptly after approval or receipt and inspection of an authorized return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
